enabling raid 0 with amilo xi-1546

If i enable raid 0 (striping), will both my hard drives lose all data ,or is it possible to enable it and keep data from 1 hard drive ?

It is possible with the VIA RAID tool in Windows. But you should backup your data in every case, it is possible that there are problems...
