today, i upgraded from 8.04 to 8.10 , hoping that the wifi and hotkeys would work.
Needless to say, they dont, and i am worried, as an earlier post said they did...
Do i need to do anything to get them to work??

and as far as i know, the only (other) version of ubuntu that you can get wifi working is 7.10

the hotkeys & wifi adapter worked on the upgrade of the day i posted that message
indeed, later with new kernel updates they didn't work anymore
maybe you can find out what kernel it was?
