amilo pa1538 + vista + wrong keyboard language  Topic is solved

Hi @LL

recently i upgraded my amilo to vista (runs very good btw!)
but it seems i have a problem iwth my keyboard now.

On my keyboard, certain keys have "alternative functions" example the i key has a small 5 in the top, as do many other keys like, u i o j k l m.
normally when i press i, i get the letter i however in vista it seems to be swapped around.
instead of getting the letter i get 5 ( the alternative function )
i have to hold the Fn key to get the letter i again.
i would like to know how i can change this back to normal ( worked fine in windows xp sp2)
i tried changing it in control panel but it doesnt have any effect at all.

my languge is set to V.S international ( same as in windows xp)

i have a QWERTY layout
thx in advance fout your help guys :D!

Probably Num-lock is active in Vista.

As far as I know this registry key works in Vista, too:
