I need tutorial,how to update amilo bios to 1.04?
In readme txt FS talk about floppy disk!!!??
How to update without floppy?
amilo d 1845-P4 3.06,512 PC2700 DDR SDRAM,
ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9700 128 MB Omega
drivers,BIOS 1.04c,XP Home

You should get the ISO CD image and burn it e.g. with Nero. You can ignore "floppy" and substitute it with "CD" ;-)

I don't know, but if your Notebook has got a cardreader, this might be device A:
At A1667G the cardreader is detected as device A: (floppy)

2GB floppydisk HEHE :D

Yes,amilo 1845 have 3 in 1 memory card reader,but it is not detected
as device A: :(

It is listed in F12-Bios-Boot-Menu, if you have insert a chip at startup?

I have successful update bios with CD :lol:

In F12-Bios-Boot-Menu listed: ATAPI CDROM
HARD DRIVE
Removable Dev.
Intel UNDI,PXE-2.0(build 082)

Maybe is possible update bios with card,USB-memory stick,1394-device...
