blue screen problem with AMILO M1450G

Postby steph1 » Fri Oct 19, 2007 2:31 am

when i turn the laptop on, i come straight to the screen asking me if I want to start in safe mode, etc. I have tried all the options but each time I get a blue screen before it returns me to the same diagnostic menu.

I also recently reinstalled XP (twice) but each time the resolution settings were changed by the computer.

I have been told it could be a problem with the RAM. What do you think?
