Amilo Pro V3515 USB corruption - drivers & utilities hel

Postby fern37 » Mon Nov 12, 2007 12:53 am

Hello,

I have just joined and am not up to date with computer talk so be gentle.

I have a Amilo Pro V3515 vista business 32 bit and have usb corruption which means i cannot use either of the usbs. Fujitsu software support got me to uninstall it then we realised I had no Utilities & Drivers disk or backup partition(?)! So I have no usb connections and can't find drivers online to download. Fujitsu want me to pay £43 for the disk which i can't afford as i lost my job through ill health. :(

Can anyone help me either by sending me a spare disk or telling me what i need to download as i am such a technophobe! I was never given the disk by the company who supplied my laptop and they are now in liquidation! :(

There are no special USB drivers. Did you remove the chipset drivers?
Of course all drivers are available: http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/

Looks like i might have deleted the chipsetdrivers.

The fujitsu website is not helping me at all. My friend tried remote access and had no joy! I bought the disk only to find it only offers windows xp operating instructions :( Just so down about not being able to use the 2 usb ports.
