3438G undervolt

Postby Crittarn » Fri Nov 16, 2007 3:17 pm

Hi, i was wondering if someone could say or provide a guide how to undervolt a 3438g with intel pentium M processor, iv'e downloaded RMclock 2.30.1, but i really have no idea how to do it. All the guides i've found how to undervolt are old and uses old rmclock versions that are really different from 2.30.1. Is there someone who knows how to do it with 2.30.1? I really need to lower my GPU temprature, and i don't want to "test" my way through rmclock 2.30.1 cause i don't want to risk anything. Would be really grateful for an answer! Thanks.

You can't undervolt the GPU through rmclock program.
This program just manages the states of the processor(the CPU).
If you preffer, you can use NCH : http://www.pbus-167.com/
It is very easy and I think there is nothing which can hurt your computer.
Because I used rmclock just a few times, I don't remember if there there was an option to undervolt, but I think it's also safe.
