Hello,

It should say in the user guide that came if the Laptop (if a user guide came with it.)
With regards to knowing when it is charged, the green light that shows when the Laptop should probably go off. However, do not rely on this information as it is only a guess...

ALSO

I am looking into buying the Li1818 model, is it any good. Please mail me with a user review!

Hope this helps,
Eleanor.
Thank you!

battery recharge time

Postby kblackburn » Mon Dec 24, 2007 3:43 pm

Elle,

not much of a manual with the laptop (pc world),

The charge light turns green when fully charged, but the system does not turn off automatically and i'm just worried that it may over charge the battery.
as for user review, well i've only had this one for a couple of months, so i'm still finding things out, it's the 17" version, the one thing that buggs me so far is the touch pad, i keep catching it when typing, hense wrong spellings and lines muddled up, i just needed a reliable laptop, as my wife is on dialysis and we needed a laptop to couple up to the machine so that we can store data from the dialysis sessions, Vista aHHHHHHHHH, i suppose i'll get used to it eventually.

Hi again,

Which version of this model did you purchase? (The 120 GD HardDrive or the 160 GD.)

Thanks
Thank you!

Elle,

I bought the 120gb version, but when you check the properties you will find that you have less than 100gb,(94) due to the way fujitsu-seimens partition the drive, if you can go for the larger hard drive.

Thank you!

I have found a reasonable offer on the 160GB model on BT Shop (website). Is £438.99 a good price?
Thank you!
