Hi guys!

I googled and yahooed, but I can't find a guide that tells me how to dismantle the keyboard.
I need to clean it as some liquid got spillt onto (into) it. :(

If you could, please help me! I don't want to send my comp away.
(It's the 'werdf14' keys that don't quite work...)

Thank you,
Bal

Hi

Use "Search Google" above and try "replace keyboard", that should give you some results in this forum.

Currently I'm at work, but I will have a look at my laptop tonight. I'm hoping that it'll be an easy task. I will publish whatever I find in regards to this matter.
Meanwhile if anyone knows the procedure specifically for the Amilo 1667G model, please don't keep it to yourself!

It's weekend now, and it's now when I can start disassembling and cleaning my keyboard.

I did the google search, and I found a topic named 'Amilo Xi1526 Keyboard not working' that has the links to three tutorials.

Here is that topic: topic,791,-Amilo-Xi1526-Keyboard-not-working.html

Thanks for it, aspettl!

So, I take some notes and get into it. I'll keep all of you informed.
