In case you want to use the pinmod:
A M755 probably won't work stable. The cpu has a multiplier of 20, that means 2,66 GHz with 133 MHz FSB.
Afaik it is possible to "voltmod" the cpu, so it should be possible anyway. (If you don't to that, it is likely that the cpu doesn't get enough power - it will freeze.)
I think it would be good to use a tool like RM Clock or Notebook Hardware Control to limit the maximum frequency to ~2.2 GHz (and reduce the voltage as far as possible).
Of course this doesn't work while booting/installing Windows, that why I think you have to mod the voltage pins.
