Yes, sure. You can use a pin moded 7x5 Pentium-M (Dothan), or a natural 7x0 Pentium-M (Sonoma).

Do you have any guide ?

Have an Unused Dothan M755 2.0Ghz would be great for my Amilo M1437G

In case you want to use the pinmod:

A M755 probably won't work stable. The cpu has a multiplier of 20, that means 2,66 GHz with 133 MHz FSB.
Afaik it is possible to "voltmod" the cpu, so it should be possible anyway. (If you don't to that, it is likely that the cpu doesn't get enough power - it will freeze.)

I think it would be good to use a tool like RM Clock or Notebook Hardware Control to limit the maximum frequency to ~2.2 GHz (and reduce the voltage as far as possible).
Of course this doesn't work while booting/installing Windows, that why I think you have to mod the voltage pins.

How much more performance would I get out of the pinmod,if I downgrade my M760 to an M755 and use the pinmd afterwards?

I wouldn't do that... see above.
Increasing FSB from 100 MHz to 133 MHz, same multiplier => 33% more cpu speed.

Hmm,I think you're right.
However, for people with ''just'' an M740,it's a good think, because they do not have to buy the expensive M780 to get more CPU power.
