Hello. I'm soon going to install xp on my vista LI 1705
notebook. But will norman virus control work with xp?
It came with the notebook and runs for 5 years so i
really hope so

I'm pretty sure about that, as you can find common installers for XP/Vista of version 5.90 in the internet.
But I'm not 100% sure as there may be OEM-versions that only support one of them.

Maybe you already have checked it but I know that it works. I have had my Amilo A1630 for about 2½years and I got norman antivirus and norman personal firewall together with it. Works quite ok but buggs out sometimes when it updates so it demands endless of computer restarts, only way I figured out to get it working again is a total remove of the files and then reinstall it again. Anoyying when it happens but only did it three times this far
