Hi all,,,
As the title says,, does anyone know where i can get a car charger for my laptop ?
I have spotted a generic one at maplins in the uk, but am unsure if it is compatible or not ? /

I have a li ion battery which is 11.1volt and 4.4 amp,,,the maplins in car charger is only compatible to 15-24 volt and only up to 3.2 amp ? ?

All this voltage stuff is a bit ott for me as i have little understandin of it,,, an anyone help clarify what i need, or indeed point me in the right direction for an in car charger for my amilo A1650 ? ? ?

Many thanks,, kev

Of course the plug has to fit ;-), then you need the right polarity, voltage and power output.
The data of your battery is not important - look at your power supply unit: On the reverse side you can see polarity (sketch with +/-), output voltage (e.g. 19V) and power (e.g. 4.2A).
Polarity and voltage has to be the identical, the power must at least be the same.
