You should be albe to delete the following folders without experiencing any damage to the system. However, you should first try to uninstall the software before deleting them:

FirstStep (tutorial)
LangPack (language files, what language do you use?)
MANUAL (may be helpful some day, but you can download it)
DRIVER (may be helpful some day, but you can download it)
MSWorks (if you have MS Office, OpenOffice or some other suite, get rid of it)
Off2007HStTrial
nero (only keep t if you use the preinstalled nero)

No idea on these items:
nis-vista
RecInfo
x86

Please note, that deleting these folders will not free the 12GB of your recovery partition. It contains recovery data that can be burned to 3 DVDs.
Unfortunately I can't give you detailed information on it, since the first thing I did was to completely erase the whole HDD when I got the notebook.

Tnx hikaru

My Pc Is italian, so LangPack folder contains just one file called "Itn".

In "nis-vista" there are the installation files of Norton Internet Security, but is trial, so I can Delete this folder too, right? (I'm Using AVG Free).

In "RecInfo" there is a program called RecInfo, but if I try to launch, nothing happen.

In "x86" there is a file called "Setup.exe", when I launch this program, new installation of WinVista start, but only lang that I can select is English and German (But I'm Italian and preinstalled Vista is in italian!).

I copy just "x86", "MANUAL" and "DRIVER" folder on dvd. Can I convert in boot disk using "vlite"? (But Language is only English and German... ) :?

Or I attend for SP1 for use integrated recovery Tool?

You can delete all of the folders if you like.
RecInfo seems to be the program to burn your recovery-partition to DVDs. If you already did that, you will not need it anymore.

You should be able to include the folders into a Vista DVD created with vlite.

I don't know if something reasonable changes with SP1 concerning the recovery tool. But I'm not that familiar with Vista.
