first off all. i know that there was a guide here regarding this subject, but i did'nt understand what i need to do and how. is there someone who can simpelies all the process. please!

I think the guide is not too complicated. Maybe it's length makes it look that way. But if you follow it step by step you shouldn't run into problems.
To help you a bit:
Get xp-iso-builder and your Sata-driver.
Unzip the Sata-drivers, install xp-iso-builder and follow the instructions in the guide. Just do what is shown on the pictures and read the descriptions to them step by step.

the important part is
2.2 S-ATA/RAID driver integration via XP-Iso-Builder/nLite pre installation .
And that one just looks so long because of the pictures. You can make it
