This looks like a major hardware defect.
To make it short: I do not think that you will be able to fix it on your own without spare parts.
You should return it to your dealer.

To find out, which component of your notebook is defective, we need more information.
Do you remember what was written in the bluescreen?

You mentioned something with percentages. Maybe this was checkdisk what means that your hard disk is defective.
Another reason could be the RAM or the graphics adapter.
Can you see anything before Windows starts or is your screen black from the very beginning?

This means that either your hard disk or the controller is defective.

Return the notebook to your dealer!

You are still in warranty-time, so you will not have to pay for it.

The only thing you could do on your own would be to exchange the hard disk. But it's not for sure that it will work then, because it could be the controller too.
