i have a problem with my laptop,when i connect the cable of internet to the laptop the internet don't work,if i connect the cable of internet to the desktop the internet work fine.....what is the problem?i don't know :oops: :roll: :cry: :cry:

Which OS do you use?

If it is some kind of Windows, please deactivate the firewall (only for testing) and try again.
If this doesnt work, please go to the command line and post the output of:

ipconfig -all

this command ''ipconfig -all'' just say what is my ip on the network,dns si altern dns.... the network work but the internet dosent work

Can you ping to the internet (e.g. ping google.com)?

when i ping google.com,nothing appearance on the window command....if i ping someone who it is with me on network this command work

Ok, so the network connection works.

Please post the output of ipconfig -all of your notebook and your desktop-PC.
I think there is some critical difference.

Another possibility is, that your router has a whitelist of accepted MAC-adresses.
Your desktop may be listed there while your notebook is not.
Does your router use a whitelist?

No,the problem was my network adapter,he work just in 10Mbps and befor he was at 100Mbps......i changed the ''Media type'' from Auto to ''10Mbps Full Duplex'' and now works......thanks for all.
