Hi,
Does the 5-in-1 reader in the Amilo Xi-2428 support SDHC cards?
I want to buy one and to use for ReadyBoost.

No, the internal card reader doesn't support SDHC.
If you consider to use an SD-card instead - forget it. The internal reader is too slow for ready boost.
