The driver of the Pa 1538 should work.
This is identical to the driver mentioned by srdjan exept for the build number.

I can`t install this driver, it gives an error message: "Microsoft Bus driver should be loaded in your system before installing Realtek HD audio driver" . I tried to google it, find some Microsoft bus drivers for realtek HD audio, but without effect....

If you have XP with SP2, did you install KB888111 before?

I think at least it is worthy to try.
So install Windows, then install the chipset driver and directly after this install kb888111.
Make sure to have the correct language of the patch. It is said to cause problems if the languages of the patch and the OS don't match.

On Linux I would say: "Get the latest sound driver!"
I have no idea if this might solve the problem on Windows.
