I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. Can you explain the drivers issue more detailed please?

It would be helpful if you could give us some further details:
Which distributions do you know up to now?
How good are your linux-skills?
What do you do with your notebook?
Which languages are you looking for?
Are you looking for a distribution with the latest software or for a rock-solid system?
Is open source a big deal for you or don't you care about the inclusion of proprietary drivers and software?

Some distributions that are worth trying:
[debian derivatives]
- debian
- gnewsense
- simply mepis (not antix)
- linux mint
- freespire
- opengeu
- gos
- kanotix
- sidux
- kurumin
- dreamlinux

[red hat derivatives]
- fedora (if fedora 9 doesn't work stable try fedora 8)
- mandriva
- pclinuxos
- sam linux
- cent os (not sure if you will find all drivers)
- scientific linux (not sure if you will find all drivers)

[gentoo derivatives]
- gentoo
- sabayon

[slackware derivatives]
- slackware
- slax (easy beginning but needs some tweaking to have a useful system)
- zenwalk (not sure if you will find all drivers)

[others]
- opensuse (opensuse 11 might be unstable, if so try 10.3 instead)
- kate os (not sure if you will find all drivers)

To be honest there is no distribution I know that matches all of your criteria. The only polish distributions I tried so far are PLD and KateOS. But both are beyond your experience.

I just installed Debian in polish and as far as I can see it looks nice. Since I don't speak polish (except for "tak" and "nie") I can't really judge it. But Firefox and Openoffice as well as the whole GUI are translated into polish. Even the spell check works.
But you would have to call some simple commands to make flash work (youtube-videos). If you chose Debian I will help you to set it up. Unfortunately I have no experience with wi-fi since I don't use it. Maybe somebody else can help you here.

Why don't you want to use Ubuntu? Normally I don't recommend Ubuntu since there are a lot of alternatives but in your case I think a wide community would be a real advantage. It should be a good solution for you. And making wi-fi work should be easier than in Debian.

I am thinking on Fedora probably I ve got this linux distro one more chance :) what do you thing about suse?

Every popular distributions that uses proprietary drivers will work fine with your hardware. The ones that only come with free software might have problems to make 3D-support work for your graphics card.

If you know Sabayon and PCLinuxOS you will be disappointed by nearly everything else if you don't want to install additional software. Most of the others need at least a little tweaking.
I think Fedora might work well for you, but since the base system is based on OSS only you will have to install additional plugins to make thinks like MP3 work.
I think Mandriva would be a better choice for you but I have no idea how good it supports polish.
Suse is a userfriendly distribution too (im writing this post from a Suse 10.2-machine) but Yast is different from most of the other management-systems of other distributions. It's more like in windows but maybe this is just right for you. Suse 11 still is not really stable, especially with KDE4, but 10.3 is very stable. But I don't know how good the multimedia-support is out of the box.

Unfortunately I have only little experience concerning multimedia support and administration in Suse. It's the distribution that my employer uses but I'm only a simple user.
Before Ubuntu came up Suse was the most widely used linux distribution in germany because of it's usability. It still has this usability but other distributions got ahead of it. To my oppinion Suse is not bad, but others are better nowadays. One of them surely is Mandriva.
I never ran Mandriva on a Notebook, so I can't tell you if there are problems with it. But I think if Mandriva is so popular in poland you should use it since you will have a big community to support you.
