Which one shall I download? I'm confused. I was distracted last week when I was going to insert the new CPU and someone told me to flash the BIOS. I would rather not do that if it's possible, because I don't want to take any risks. It's an Amilo Pi2540 upgrading to Core 2 Duo T8100, current processor Pentium Dual Core T2330.

Do you personally think I need to update my BIOS?
I really want to avoid doing it, one fail and the whole laptop is worthless.

In my opinion you don't need a new bios, because the changelog doesn't state anything about missing compatibiity in older versions. But I wouldn't assume that the changelog is complete.
Did you try a hardware reset?

Never mind, I inserted the CPU 1 hour ago. It worked!
I think you misunderstood me. I did not have any problems with the laptop, I just heard someone say you should update your BIOS, something else came in my way, again -.-
