A-Data Flash disc prob

Hoy everybody, I've just bought a nice new 2GB A-Data flash disc (PD-2) and it still seems to work a little messy. Copying to flash -> 168kB/s, downloading is OK, what's more interesting: in Totalcmnder it's allwayas like that (upload), but in explorer it works fine with big, single files, but for more smaller files it drops to USB 1.0 manners again.
