Hi, Everybody. I did find a solution for that.

Sorry for my english.)

You need to boot from any fresh WinPE Live Cd to have access to laptop HDD (I'm use russian "alkid.live.cd.usb.full.2009.08.18" for that).
After boot you will find a folder "$#repair" at Fujitsu-Siemens hidden recovery partition (Letter - D: in my case , Label - WinRe).
This folder contain a file "SetAutoFailover.cmd" that is need for repair F8 recovery menu.

But first you need put to this folder two files "bcdedit.exe" & "DISKPART.EXE" (download from internet).
After that run these commands:

cd D:\$#repair
SetAutoFailover.cmd /target D: /wim /nohide

If it is run succeful after reboot you will see Fujitsu-Siemens Recovery Option at F8 menu on the top.
