Hi all

Firstly thanks for reading this. I have just discovered this forum and hopefully someone can help me out!

I have an Amilo Pro v2010 laptop (fairly old). I experienced the 'blue screen of death'. After weeks of trying to resolve the problem I thought I would reinsall Windows XP professional.

I have now reinstalled windows xp. When the computer loads up it does not recognise anything such as my wireless card, sound card etc!

I have not got any drivers/ cds for any of the programmes and the only CD I have is the Windows XP.

How can I reload my wireless network adapter/ sound card and all the other compents that I have lost. I know I have probably lost all my documents but things such as Itunes, microsoft word etc I can download.

Also I think my computer has 2 operating systems. When I load the computer up it gives me a choice between my old OS and the new one. When I try to load the old one it comes up with the blue screen of death but it lets me log onto the new installed version.

I hope someone can help me!

Thanks for reading.

You can download all the drivers you need from here:
http://support.ts.fujitsu.com
Go to Driver download and select your notebook model.

Concerning the BSOD, maybe it's possible to tell what is the problem if you post the error information.

Hi Hikaru!

Thanks for your help and suggestion.

I finally found my driver/ utility CD.

I've had some luck and I have reformatted the machine again.

I have also installed the drivers again. The laptop seems fine now so I am just installing the other few things!
