It's pretty complicated, user
ShakyMUC described it in the german forum:
https://www.amilo-forum.de/topic,26764,-Ram-wechseln-bei-Amilo-Mini.html#p172331I'll translate the essential steps:
1. Remove battery power pack, expresscard dummy, service door and HDD.
2. Unscrew all screws you can see on the underside including the ones that are normally hidden by the battery (do not unscrew the two on the backside).
3. Remove the keyboard. Above the keyboard are three latches that have to be released, then lift the keyboard and push the black latch near the print bar towards the cable to release the plug.
4. Release the touchpad cable. Lift the black latch.
5. Release the speaker cable.
6. Unscrew the 4 screws that are under the keyboard.
7. Remove the upper case with touchpad and speakers (might be tight near the display but works).
8. Release the bus cable of the on/off button on the side of the main board (might notbe necessary but is safer).
9. The main board is fixed with two screws, one in the upper left corner (also providing ground contact for the WLAN antenna), one in a central position on the upper edge. Release them. Most likely the tape stripes holding the WLAN module will have to be removed temporarily. Do not remove the four screws on the lower right of the main board.
10. Fold the main board towards the Display (you might need a lever to release the jacks for audio and VGA).
11. Exchange the RAM module.
12. Put everything together in reverse order.
For steps 3 & 4 these pictures might be useful:
