my laptop Pi 1505 have WD hard disk 120 (WDC_WD1200BEVS-07LAT0)
it's suposed to be sata 1 150mb/s (ata7)
but in bios only shows ata 5 and i can't chang it
in windows vista device driver shows ata 6

I wouldn't worry - because it is SATA. I suppose it shows an ATA mode because the compatibility mode is active (AHCI is inactive), but that's normal for most computers.
You could use HD Tach and benchmark your hdd - then you'll see the speed of the disk. Probably the burst speed (speed reading from the hdd cache) is at or even above 100 MB/s, so definitely not ATA-5 or ATA-6.
