Hi,

is it a Xi 1526? The Xi 1526 supports MXM-3.
If it is a Xa 1526, then it's not possible to replace only the graphics card.

The mainboard.
But it also isn't easy to replace the graphics card in case of the Xi. You can't buy MXM graphic cards in every store, probably you have to think about heat problems / cooling (if you don't have an identical card), or something just doen't fit perfectly...

I think not. Even if there is a guide I'd recommend it only if you are comfortable with disassembling the whole notebook. MXM cards (or notebook mainboards) are not meant to be replaced by the end user.

@savu_dan_marian
The graphics chip is onboard, so you can't replace it. But make sure this is the problem, e. g. check if the VGA output works.

It is not possible to change the video card.

A new mainboard is expensive. If you want to repair it, then you should look for an used mainboard.
(I suppose you don't have warranty any more.)
I can't help you with a repair shop in Romania.
