I did it. After 2 days of hard work, 3 fresh install's, lot's of searching in google and forums (including here, of course), I managed to install 2003 server on my Amilo Si1520.

Don't ask why I wanted to do it.

If anyone needs help to acomplish the same thing, drop me a note, because it's not an easy task.

Oh no. This doesn't bode well.

I've got an Amilo PA 1510 arriving tomorrow and I really need to put 2003 on there. Can you post some info on what you had to do to get it working on your Si?

I don't know how similar the machines are but I'm trying to get prepared.

Finally now have Amilo Pi 1536 with winXP Home (already on the laptop),

winXP Professional(installed using WinFuture xp-Iso-Builder to integrate drivers for SATA hard disk drive),

Windows 2003 Enterprise server(Using USB floopy drive + F6 feature )

Can I put one offtopic question? Why do you need WIN2003 Server on 1520? Sorry for question, but I'm courious.

Well I got it on my Pa because I'm a web developer and its great to be carrying round an application server with me.

Had no problems btw.

Thanks to UB40 for the useful link. Another way to incorporate SATA driver is generating a new W2003 ISO image using nLite, coz my Amilo has not FDD thus F6 does not work.

... but still have troubles with installing Realtek soundcard driver and WiFi on Amilo 1536. Have somebody this problem resolved?

I have also installed Windows 2003 server on my Amilo Pi 1505 Laptop, but I'm not able to install drivers. I have searched fujitsu siemens website and could not find any driver. I have also searched Internet but again could not find anything. Where can I get suitable drivers for Windows Server 2003?

There is nothing special to do when installing Windows server 2003. All you need is a floopy drive(internal/external). In the beginning of the installation press F6 and insert the disk to floopy which stores SATA drivers. Hope this helps
