Fujitsu Amilo L7300 - not working at all

Postby sarah6196 » Sun Jul 05, 2009 2:07 pm

Hi all

Wondered if you could help, My fujistsu amilo L7300 has just stopped working all together suddenly. Ive had it about 3 years and up untill yesterday it was working fine. When i switch it on the power light comes on along with the wireless light and the fan goes but nothing else?

Anyone got any ideas??? I think the hard drive may have gone but just thought i'd ask first before buying a new hard drive lol!!

Many thanks

Could you connect your computer to an external screen ?? Because if it works on the external screen we will know that it's a connection problem... and not a software problem.

There is a vga port on the laptop. Connect it with the screen. If you to see what is it looks like ---> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_Graphics_Array

switch on the computer and wait. If there is nothing on the screen after some minutes you can type on the keyboard : fn + f3 or fn + f2.
