New Amilo Pro V 2060-keyboard does not work

Postby Fraenni » Thu Oct 12, 2006 10:36 pm

I bought the Amilo Pro V 2060, after installing all drivers I realized that the keyboard is not working properly. I can not write letters like d or g, or if I push the key none or the wrong letter appears on the screen. Installing a new driver was not successful. Thank you for help!

You may try BIOS- and Hardware-Reset like described here:

If the hardware reset won't help, you can easly access the keyboard to check the keyboard cable (harness). Just remove keyboard cover (it's a plastic surface where the power-up button is located), and then remove keyboard. You don't need to unscrew anything! Try to re-connect the cable.
