Problem with resolution on amilo li 2727

Postby psychoholiday » Thu Dec 17, 2009 4:20 pm

Hello,

I've just got an amilo li 2727, as the title says and I seem to have a problem with my screen resolution in games.
When i'm in a game, ex warcraft frozen throne, my image is in the middle of my display, vertically, with cosiderable spaces in the right and left parts of the screen. I've tried also playing nfs proche unleashed, same problem. I have checked every screen resolution on the game I want to play, and it still won't go in widescreen.
I'm using windows 7, 32 bits, all the drivers are up to date...
Any idea?

I'm sorry for my poor english, hope I made myself clear...

Which resolution(s) did you choose in the games?
The native resolution of the display is 1280x800. You can also look in the settings of your graphics driver for an option which lets you choose how to display resolutions smaller than the native resolution.

It's wierd, just now I have installed heroes V and the resolution it was set by itself, on the whole screen ... But as I said, in warcraft for example, I've tried all the resolutions listed in options and got nowhere...
Please, if is not more to ask, tell me, not step by step, but give me something more concret to work with... i'm kinda newbie in this area.

Thanks!

Well, try to choose 1280x800, then it should always be ok.
