hi im using siemens amilo xi 2428 and it has a huge heating problem, bios is already 1.16c but still problem exist
i tried to use notebook hardware controller , in first time for 5minutes it worked but after now it doesnt work, i see as before, fan tries to run, but it stops, i mean it just moves so small and stops... i always use laptop in slow mod(multimedia button) , cuz even fan works total capacity, it cant resist normal mod.

so is there a way to fix my problem?
fan doesnt work at all, my pc heat is around 90celcius and always shutting down.. help please thanks

Well, the obvious solution would be to replace the fan if it doesn't work anymore. If you still have warranty you should call the official support.
If you're out of warranty you should do it on your own. Unfortunately notebook spare parts are very expensive. One possibility to get a fan is here:

Notebook:
  • Amilo Si 1520
  • Desktop
  • Asus EEE 901

Return to CPU, RAM, fan
