Realtek hda 1.47 drivers. From realtek control panel "mute internal speakers when external speakers plugged in" set on. But when i plug speakers, headphones OR set volumewheel to 0 my internal speakers start to hiss with static ? i think it is driver related as it only starts this when windows (drivers) load.

ok, atleast it's conforting to know its not hardware failure. Just really annoying when using laptop as htpc and to others when using headphones.

This seems to be a common problem with the Xi 1546 series, or at least many have it...
I don't know of any solution :-(. We also think it is driver-related.
