Sorry to disappoint you, but FTS doesn't publish these infos. I could give you some generic tips, but luckily maraxion just posted the procedure for another model which should be similar for you:

Maybe the K/B-screw is missing and the stubs are in different positions, but the idea stays the same.

Hi hikaru and thank you for your reply. After reading the post you showed me, I searched for the amilo pa1510 on the web and I found this article http://tekonsblog.blogspot.com/2009/04/amilo-pa-1510-memory-upgrade-howto.html but I think my laptop is a bit different because it has a plastic part, containing the power switch..the webcam one..ecc, above the keyboard that I think should be remomed to reach the keyboard. You can see this plastic cover in the image at this link http://www.notebookcheck.com/typo3temp/pics/cb30247200.jpg. You will notice, near the Esc key and the End key, the line where this plastic cover ends . When I remove the 5 flat screws present in the battery slot, I feel this cover more free to move but..I can lift it but I can't remove it at all..there's still something blocking it.. maybe a plastic clip but I'm afraid of breaking it.Do you have other suggestions hikaru? Thanks a lot!!

I found another thread which contains an almost complete disassembly guide for the Pa 2548:
https://www.amilo-forum.com/post,8445.html#p8445

I guess southys steps 4 and 5 should be helpful. I'm just not sure which screws have to be removed and which ones can stay fixed if you only want to remove the keyboard.
What he writes about the speaker panel sounds reasonable. It works the same way for my Dell, but I don't have to loose any screws. It is fixed with some plastic clips on either side and I need some gentle force to release them. Maybe you'll need a flat tool like a knife to lever it. But be careful with it if you don't want any scratches!

I thought I was on the right direction but I didn't want to force anything. The discussion you showed me helps more in that direction. Thanks again a lot for your precious help hikaru!! I'll try in these days
