nvlddmkm.sys error Amilo xi2428

A week ago my Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Xi2428 crashed!!! Some kind of update happened automatically and when I started my computer 2 days after, it worked fine for the first 5 minutes and then...BSoD and the message...

Hardaware Malfunction

Call your vendor for support

NMI:Parity check/memory parity error

******The system has halted******

When the computer restarted the screen was divided into 6 sections with the same thing. something like that...

After this I done the windows repair and the screen problem disappeared.

In safe mode I tried Recover windows in a previous point but still the problem wasn't solved. At the end of the windows repair I was suggested to recover to factory settings. Since I didn't want to lose my data I tried some back and forward recovery points with no success.

Some more problems arose like :

1084 and 1068 DCOM and finally

nvlddmks.sys error

In the meanwhile the screen problem reappeared. In fact it went and gone.

Finally, I have restorted my system to factory settings but it doesn't even start. Because the windows recovery wasn't completed I cant go into safe mode or normal mode. Windows keeps crashing down with BSoD and nlvddmkm.sys error.

What can I do to fix it???

The last thing I could think of was to install windows again in my computer. I forgot to say that I dont have the Windows Vista installation disk.

Is there any hope???
