The Processor fan is making a noise....Producing a soulnd, which makes the Windows hang and doesn't run anything....
I have recorded the sound of it using my other laptop and uploaded it in MediaFire, Why don't you check it and hear it...

This makes me think the rolling balls of the fan are dying. I don't know any solution excepted replacing the fan.
(I am not expert of notebooks).
