Problem with D 7830 SERIOUS HELP PLEASE!

Can someone make me big big favour . I was repairing my laptop. I broke some transistors near controller chipset . Its under the video card but you can see it also when u remove hdd , when u take video card off then meaby someone make good quality picture!? then i can fix my laptop! At now touchbad not working also no enthernet with cable ! REALLY NEED HELP!!! I'm not sure if this is of any help, but I found this on ebay:

It's a defective board from a D7830. It's described to show no image on the display, but supposedly still boots. Apart from the missing image, it's said to look ok. So maybe you can unsolder some spare parts or at least have a look at the defective area.
The same seller also has working boards, but of course at a much higher price. Unfortunately I found no better pictures than the ones he made.
