Hello, this is my first topic here HELLO TO ALL USERS

I bought Pi2530 few years ago - to be completely honest - I am really satisfied with this model but since several months I have had huge problem with a plug (charger - laptop), the charger starts to charge not until i push the plug down - then it starts to charge - but I can not use my laptop by one hand and second hand pushing the plug. I took my laptop to repair and they where not able to fix it, i took to other and he fixed it for several weeks and it happens again and again. So there is 100% sure that there is something wrong inside because the charger works correctly. There is no guarantee anymore - so it must be something wrong with a motherboard.


What would you do if you were me ? What should I do with this problem ? How much is worth this (used) model ?

hi there. I have the same problem with Pi2540. The connector from motherboard is broken but also the motherboard is burned in this area so....if anybody can provide something liche schematics for charging circuit in order to modify. Also, i charge the battery on other unit and the laptop works fine. I think only charging circuit is broken so....HELP in the name of the Linux life addicted
