I would remove the hard drive and connect it, with a PATA to USB laptop hard drive adapter, to a working computer. Back up all your data. Then I would run diagnostics on the drive.
It could be the drive is failing / has failed. Or it could be a scrambled file system or Windows registry.
If diags say the drive is good then also try "chkdsk x: /R" without the quotes and where "x:" is the target drive letter.
If the drive has failed then you need a new drive. If the drive is ok, then reinstate it. If chkdsk has not fixed the Windows boot problem, then you will need a Windows XP (I assume your L7320 is XP?) CD. Boot into the recovery console and see can you recover the system from there. Or use the recovery console to run chkdsk if you have not done so already.
