A7600 not start

I have an A7600. I put it down a year ago, when it was good. Now, i've tried to swich on, but not starting up. The CPU fan starts, the HDD starts, but the screen is black, and after 5 seconds a fan stops.
The power led is green, and battery led is blinking red, the hdd is green.
What can went wrong?
I have no idea, what should I do.
