Amilio M1451G: How to set user password in BIOS?

Postby antoniolifer » Mon Nov 27, 2006 12:32 pm

Hi all,

How can I set the user BIOS password in an Amilo M1451G? I can enter BIOS setup and I can see a "Change Supervisor Password" option there.

But I annot see a "Change User Password" anywhere!

Why so? Is there anything wrong with my BIOS?

Thanks
Antonio

Just try it.
I reckon a supervisor password is required before a user password can be set. (It would make sense...)

Hi Aaron,

I already have a supervisor password, but I cannot set the user password (there's no option to set it).

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Antonio
