Especially here in this subforum "Guarantee / warranty / repairs" I want you to take note of the following:

We cannot give legal advice because of a uncertain legal sitution of some countries or it is simply forbidden.
Therefore, it is not allowed to state concrete names etc. Please explain situations in a general outline (not your individual problem). Questions like "What shall I do?" are generally forbidden since we cannot give any answer.
Furthermore take note that none of the answers are given by experts! There is no liability. Also answers should be given in a form like "if..., then you could..." - never "you should do..".
