Return of notebooks - unexpected costs

When you bought a notebook you probably have the "right" to test it and to return it if you are not satisfied. Most times you can do that during the first 14 days starting with the official date of purchase. (This rule is strongly dependent on the country where you live and, of course, the seller, where you bought the notebook!)

Please take note that the seller often has the right to keep some money as compensation because you used the notebook. In this case you won't get all your money back.

Please inform yourself about the local conditions in situ.
