How determine a damaged Nvidia MXM (6800)

I think mine is damaged, but I still can see something at a low resolution, but without de Nvidia drivers otherwise I get a white/black screen.
Monitor output? the same result.

I do not really undestand what you mean.
To determine that you'd have to give some more details about your problem.
From all you say I would say it is damaged.

well, is it possible to have image on your screen even if the GPU is damaged? In my case I have my notebook for more than one year, and it worked perfectly untill a few days ago. Somehow the notebook get a crash because of the nvidia drivers.

If you do not have a graohics card or you have one,that is entirely smashed,than no,there will not be a picture displayed on your screen,because nothing can even render the resolution.
That's what onboard graohics are for.To display images and let you watch movies.But not for games.They are only in your notebook to make it work.
