hello from me too!

I used this email address to contact FSC for a problem concerning my AMILO A-1650G screen but I had no response at all although I sent this email 2 weeks ago. I don't think that such a delay is normal.... Is there any other contact address or something that can be done in order to get a reply?

thanks in advance

I think it is better to use the designated form on the FSC website or call them:
http://www.fujitsu-siemens.com/support/helpdesk.html

"Beschwerdemanagement" is for complaints or problems with service.

I have already contacted the Greek helpdesk which is supposed to be more appropriate but there I was kind of disappointed. That's why I wanted to communicate with someone in Germany, so I sent this email to complaint management. Who do you think I should contact?
