Bugs with the change to the new forum

Postby Lonz » Sat Mar 25, 2006 9:10 pm

I think it would be the best, if we collect all the bugs/problems with the change in this thread.

I just found a bug: if you surf both on the german and the english forum you sometimes are forwarded to the other language/forum, I think this is a problem with the cookies-management.

so far...

Hmm... it hasn't happened to me so far. Can you describe it a bit more specific - what where you doing (posting, reading private messages, editing profile etc.). If you don't know anymore, then when it happens again :?

Question:
Posts and topics are counted seperately. Is this on purpose?
Image ..... It works, if you do it right! ;)

Yes :-)
Or would it be better counted together?

That's funny, lol, I just tried to reproduce the bug, but it doesn't work. Sorry if I just swapped the URLs.

Actually, I don't care. I was just wondering because I assumed that you would count them together.

EDIT:
Minor bug
I have the rights to moderate the English forums, but I am not coloured in green at the bottom of the forum where it says "Users browsing this forum"

Hi Aaron.
Would be fine if I can move topics from the English forum to the German and vice versa. With this "shadow topic" feature it should be no problem if I move all existing English threads in the German forum to the English one.

That's a bit complicated... maybe later.
