Keyboard removal Amilo Pro V2030 and dead keys

Postby Sim1 » Sat Mar 10, 2007 3:39 pm

Hi,

I can't figure out what screws I have to remove to get the keyboard loose on a Amilo Pro V2030.
I guess I have to split the laptop in two somehow, but it feels like there are some screws left, and I don't want to brake it.

Help is appreciated
Thanks

I figured it out on my own, thanks to this: http://cgi.ebay.com/AMILO-PRO-V2030-BAS ... dZViewItem

It was a bitch! Had to remove every single key.

But still some keys doesn't work. G, T, Y, Esc, Win-button is dead.
Anybody got any ideas?
Would a BIOS-update help, or is it just a faulty keyboard?

Thanks
