Amilo M1425 display problems

Postby ibuprofene » Mon Apr 02, 2007 3:35 pm

I have a M1425 Amilo laptop, having graphic display issues for a week or so. It started in games (wow & BF2): after 5 to 10 minutes in game, many lines appeared. Now i have display issues even in Windows, vertical coloured lines all over the screen:

I already tried reinstalling Win XP and upgrading graphic drivers. When i turn off 3D acceleration (in widows display settings) the lines disappear, but come back as son as i turn it back on.

Could anyone help me please?

I checked today with external monitor and TV, i always get the horizontal lines, and sometimes lots of small green squares (when playing videos)

Is it hardware failure or some driver/OS/software problem ?
