Battery fast discharge - Pa 1538

Postby kbroodco » Wed Apr 11, 2007 5:52 pm

Hello,

It seems my battery is discharged very fast: after about one hour I'm done with it. And I do not use it for intense applications. A little internet and some text-editing.

Is this normal?

It's a brand new laptop, bought it the second half of march. And I use it mostly with the power supply. Just recently, I started to use it with battery power, so 'old age' couldn't be the issue. And from the beginning the batterypower time was that short.

Where did you buy laptop from, I would see retailer for replacement battery in that case if posssible. No matter how many applications open etc should last longer than that to be honest ( check your Fujitsu info first ) maybe they will test battery for you?

Hi,
I had the same problem, but it is just a question of Bios Upadate. After that everything is fine....
