Under Windows it works, however. I have noticed (under windows) that the modem is located on the High Definition Audio bus and not on PCI bus.
As I know in ALSA drivers it is mentioned about such modems but I have no idea how to manage with that. Could anybody guild be toward hints or solutions to make modem work under Linux?
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately this modem seems to be a problem on many (every?) notebooks with this high definition audio bus...

I don't have a notebook with this modem, maybe this is something for you: slmodemd
But I don't know how this works... so if you get it to work, please post it here ;-)

Hi Aaron,
I have spent two days in waking it up. At the moment I can say that it seems to be supported by alsa_hda_intel driver+slmodem daemon. However, it does not want to call :0) responding NO CARRIER to any attempt to do atdt1234567. As soon as I solve that problem I'll post solution on that.
